Warranty

Zefari & Co timepieces are made from high quality products and expert craftsmanship. Nonetheless, rest assured that your timepiece is covered by a 12 month warranty. Your warranty covers the cost of any defects in manufacturing- this includes the watch movement, indexes, dial, and hands.

Please note that other parts that are not mentioned above are not included our warranty.

The 12 month warranty is valid from the date of purchase. Any repairs outside of this period will be subject to a service charge.

Products that are returned during the warranty period will be repaired or replaced, at no additional expense, within a reasonable time. However, the customer may be subject to the costs of shipping the product.

If you choose to purchase from an online platform such as eBay and Groupon or an unauthorized third party vendor on Amazon, there is a risk of receiving a timepiece that is counterfeit, used or defective. Zefari & Co will not honour any warranty claims for timepieces purchased from an unauthorized retailer.

Warranty claims will only be processed if it is accompanied by the original documentation (ie- receipt or confirmation email). To obtain a repair or replacement under this limited warranty, you must ensure that the authorized retailer provides a receipt. Please ensure that you keep this receipt as it will be used as a proof of purchase.

The Zefari & Co warranty does not cover the following:

  •       Damage and defects due to loss, theft, fire, water, or a natural disaster
  •       Damage caused by careless and reckless use (knocks, dents, crushing, broken crystal/glass, etc.)
  •       Damage caused by modifying the original product
  •       Aesthetical changes, defects, and damages due to normal wear and tear and aging (e.g. minor scratches on the case and/or crystal, altercation of the watchband and peeling of the plating, etc.)
  •       Damage to the strap or buckle
