Zefari & Co has the right to adjust prices and modify incorrect prices on all orders. In the event that the price is incorrect, Zefari & Co has the authority to cancel the order and reimburse the full amount in an appropriate manner.
The consumer may return the product within 30 days of receiving the order. However, this will only apply if the product is in its original packaging and in the same condition as when it was received. In the event that a consumer decides they wish to return the product, they must contact Zefari & Co for the address that they must return the product to. In this instance, the return shipping will be paid in full by Zefari & Co. If the customer lives in a geographical area where the national postal service does not offer returns, then they may be obliged to pay for the return shipping. In the event where a product is damaged during transit, Zefari & Co should be notified within 30 days in order to provide compensation.
The standard payment options that are available in all countries are American Express, Visa, Debit, Mastercard and Paypal. Australian and New Zealand customers will have prices displayed and charged in AUD. All International customers will have prices displayed and charged in USD. If you wish to use a promo code, this should be entered during the checkout process in order to ensure that it is valid. Promo codes will not be valid after the purchase.

Shipping & Cancellations
Zefari & Co offers free shipping worldwide. Orders are delivered in cooperation with the appropriate postal services and their affiliates. You are able to cancel purchases and return orders by contacting the Zefari & Co customer service team within the appropriate timeframes. In order to receive a full refund for returned items, please ensure that the goods remain in its original packaging and in the exact same condition it was when you received the product. The customer is liable for the risk of transporting the returned goods to Zefari & Co.
The cancellation of an order is not vaild until the customer has notified Zefari & Co by email. In the event that the order has already been dispatched, you are then required to receive the product. You will then be allowed to exercise our 30-day return policy for a full refund.

Defective products will be replaced with a product of the same model. In the event that a product has been discontinued, the customer will then receive a full refund. In the event that a returned product has been examined and determined to have no defects, then Zefari & Co will send the product back to the customer.
