ARE YOU OPEN TO COLLABORATIONS?

HOW DO I KNOW IF MY ZEFARI & CO WATCH IS AUTHENTIC?

To ensure the authenticity of your Zefari & Co watch we encourage that you only purchase products from our online store or an authorized retailer. If you do believe that you have purchased a counterfeit Zefari & Co timepiece, then please notify us at hello@zefariandco.com.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE DISPATCHED?

For our Australian customers, orders will be dispatched the same day given they are processed prior to 2:00pm AEST.

       For our International customers, orders will be dispatched within 1-2 business days      
       upon payment verification.

Please note that orders placed on the weekend or holidays are dispatched on the next business day.

 

WHAT INFORMATION DO I NEED IN ORDER TO MAKE A WARRANTY CLAIM?

In order to make a warranty claim, please provide us with either the confirmation email that you would have received upon purchase or the store receipt. Without one of the aforementioned documents we are unable to verify the proof of purchase and are consequently unable to provide you with a warranty claim.

 

PRODUCT CARE & SPECIFICATIONS

IS THE WATCH WATER RESISTANT?

Yes, our watches are water resistant up to 3ATM (30 meters). However, to ensure the longevity of your timepiece, it is recommended that you remove it before you go for a swim!

ARE THE LEATHER STRAPS MADE FROM GENUINE LEATHER?

       Yes, all of our leather straps are made from genuine calf skin leather.

WHAT TYPE OF MOVEMENT IS USED?

We use an extremely reliable Japanese Miyota 2025 movement, which ensures quality and precise timekeeping.

IS THERE A WARRANTY ON MY ZEFARI & CO WATCH?

Yes, we provide you with a 12 month warranty from the date of purchase for any manufacturing defects. This includes any damage or defects with the watch movement, indexes, dial, and hands.

ARE THE STRAPS INTERCHANGEABLE? 

Yes, all of our leather and mesh straps are interchangeable. Changing straps are extremely easy and do not require the use of any tools.

 

 HOW DO I CHANGE MY STRAP?

ARE THE MESH STRAPS STAINLESS STEEL?

Yes, both our rose gold and silver mesh straps are made from stainless steel.

 

ORDERS & PAYMENT

CAN I CANCEL / CHANGE MY ORDER?

Once your payment has been processed, we unfortunately can not cancel your order. However, upon receiving the product you may decide to take advantage of our 30 day Return Policy. 

If you wish to change an order. Please notify our team on hello@zefariandco.com as soon as possible. Once the order has been packed we unfortunately will not be able to amend your order. 

WHERE CAN I ENTER MY DISCOUNT CODE?

Once you have selected your product and added it to the cart, select the checkout option. You will then proceed to the checkout page and will be shown the option to add a discount code. Once you have entered the discount code the discount will be applied and the price of your order will readjust. Please note that discount codes will not apply after a purchase has been made.

HOW DO I OBTAIN A RECIEPT?

Once you have placed an order on our website you will be sent a confirmation email to verify your purchase. This confirmation email serves as a receipt and therefore in the event of a return, you will be required to display this email as a proof of purchase.

If you purchase a Zefari & Co timepiece from an authorised retailer, then kindly ensure that they provide you with a receipt. In the event of a return, you will be required to display this receipt as a proof of purchase.

DO YOU PROVIDE REFUNDS FOR CUSTOMS, DUTIES, TAXES & VAT?

Unfortunately we do not provide refunds for customs, duties, taxes and fees imposed by your local government. These charges vary throughout the world and are paid exclusively to your government, not us. Please contact your local government office to find out if these additional charges may apply to you.

WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

Like our watches, we like to give you plenty of payment options, so we accept payments from Visa, Mastercard, and PayPal. You’ll see Zefari and Co on your invoice and on your transaction history if you pay by credit or debit card. We take security very seriously so your details will be safe with us

Our standard payment options that are available in all countries are American Express, Visa, Debit, Mastercard and Paypal. If you have any further enquiries then please contact us at hello@zefariandco.com.

I JUST PLACED AN ORDER. CAN I ADD ANOTHER ITEM TO IT?

Once the order has been made we unfortunately are unable to change or cancel it. Please place a new order for the new item.

WHAT CURRENCY WILL I BE CHARGED IN?

Australian and New Zealand customers will have prices displayed and charged in AUD. All International customers will have prices displayed and charged in USD. This figure is then converted by your cardholder to your local currency and may be subject to a conversion fee, depending on the policy of your cardholder.

 

DELIVERY

CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING OPTION?

Unfortunately, no changes can be made after you have placed your order. This includes changes to shipping options, delivery address, payment option or product.

There might be enough time to cancel your order and create a new one! If you wish to do so, please get in touch with us as soon as possible on hello@zefariandco.com.

CAN I CHANGE THE DELIVERY ADDRESS FOR MY ORDER?

If you’d like to change the delivery address, please get in touch with us below and list the specific changes that need to be made.  

We don’t like to keep you waiting, so it’s possible that your order is already on its way to you before we can request the change. If it's returned to us, we will be able to send you out a new order.

CAN I CHANGE THE EMAIL ADDRESS FOR MY ORDER?

Please get in touch and let us know the preferred email address. We’ll resend the confirmation of purchase to your new email address, if it’s required.

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

We offer FREE standard shipping worldwide!

HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?

Orders placed in Australia should arrive within 7 business days from the date of purchase. For international orders, it will take 14 to 20 business days for your watch to be delivered. The time it takes for these orders to arrive varies depending on your location, and how quick your local postal service is.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

Please allow up to 3 business days for orders to be dispatched. Once the order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking information.
